fastFrame Professional is a semi-automated system that mounts printed canvas onto a pre-assembled frame. You simply place the canvas, lay the frame on top of it and wrap the canvas manually around two opposite sides of the frame. Once canvas and frame are properly aligned, you press the button for automatic stapling. Then you repeat the process for the remaining two sides of the frame. After finishing, you have a perfectly framed canvas with strong tension. With more speed and accuracy than manual production, the fastFrame Professional simultaneously mounts multiple same-sized frames with a speed of 80 per hour, depending on size and operator skills. Multi-Size Capability: Handles frame sizes from 20 x 20 cm to 120 x 120 cm, accommodating various customer needs.
