Alison Gowan

Before joining the Internet Security Advisors Group, Alison Gowan utilized her well-rounded management background in software and hardware development as well as her well-developed customer service skills to maintain satisfaction among clients. Alison's responsibilities at NetOps are the overall development and distribution of its' products.

Alison Gowan worked with Lucent Technologies (formerly Ascend Communications) in the capacity of Director of Product Engineering. Here, Ms. Gowan gained expertise in managing a team of multiple departments to deliver on-time, quality products. Alison was instrumental in the success of the company's ISO certification. At Lucent, Alison's development skills assisted the division in establishing procedures used to assure successful delivery of the products from development through delivery.

Prior to joining Lucent Technologies, Alison worked with Secure Computing Corporation, where her commitment to customer satisfaction developed. Responsible for Technical Support of various products at Secure Computing Corp, Alison worked to develop processes which guided the customer's requests/feedback through the division, assuring resolution.

Alison Gowan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, Alison has completed several Development and Programming courses, including Unix, Oracle/SQL, and C Programming.

Ms. Gowan has received Recognitions of Achievements for her performance in achieving 96% customer support satisfaction rating resulting from an ISO9001 quality audit.
