The responsibility of the SOC engineer is to man the operations center on a 7x24x365 rotating shift schedule. The Senior Security Engineer will be responsible for performing on-site security work for customers. A qualified candidate must have at least 5 years security experience, be well versed in security vulnerabilities and how to protect against them, and have performed security audits and assessments for large corporations in the past. This position also requires extensive knowledge of various unix and Microsoft operating systems, programming languages, shell programming, and telecommunications equipment. Experience with physical security, personnel security, security policies and procedures, and human factors is a plus.
